Terms of Use

Private system

The system belongs to Falcon and is available only to people Falcon has invited. Falcon decides who has access and what each role can see, and may change or remove access at any time.

Your account

• Sign in only with your own Google account, the one Falcon registered for you.
• Do not share your access or let anyone else use the system as you.
• Tell the Falcon office right away if you lose your phone or your Google account is compromised.

Using the system

• Use it only for work you do with or for Falcon.
• Keep customer information confidential. Do not copy, export or use it for any other purpose.
• Keep job statuses accurate and up to date — the office and the customer rely on them.

Information in the system

Customer and job information belongs to Falcon (and, for leads they send, to the partner). Earnings, fees and reports shown in the system are for convenience; the amounts that count are the ones in your agreement with Falcon.

Availability

The system is provided as is. We work to keep it available and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free, and it may change over time.

Privacy

How the system handles personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

Changes and questions

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Questions go to the Falcon office — the person who invited you to the system.
